Shaun joins us as an Associate Director.  Although not from a true financial background, his background of being a serial entrepreneur himself, building one of the biggest capital allowances and TAX advisory’s and even being a “big shot” in the music industry has enabled him to build a “black book” second to none.

This “black book” has enabled Shaun and Empire Capital Solutions  to raise equity via various sources and structures,  asset disposal and provide interesting debt and equity or convertible loan note solutions.

Shaun get’s a real thrill  in helping tricky situations into a successful reality.  You will always find him buzzing around London on his motorbike meeting new clients and making quality introductions.

In his private life Shaun is a father of four, a musician of many talents and enjoys the social element of life !
