We are relationship based and it is crucial that we get a thorough understanding of you, your business and its requirements. The first part of our process involves information gathering. The level of information required will differ depending on the request. It is designed to help our Relationship Directors ask better questions when we meet to discuss in greater detail. The initial fact-find and meeting is entirely free of charge.
Based on the information you have provided and drawing upon decades of corporate banking experience, our highly experienced Relationship Directors will create a ‘sightings paper’ designed to fit the typical credit process of the commercial and corporate lenders. We will then approach the appropriate lenders bespoke to the request and to seek indicative terms for your review.
On selecting the lender(s) you wish to proceed with, we will agree our terms of business where an administration fee will become payable. Whilst you complete the setup process with your selected lender(s), Empire will support you throughout and will be on hand to negotiate the finer details, all the way to drawdown of funds.

Our Relationship Directors can conduct reviews of your banking and funding structures on an ongoing basis, ensuring you are consistently getting the best service. Additionally, should you require it, we have strong relationships with an extensive network of other professionals such as accountants, corporate finance, private equity and law firms.
