Mark had a successful career with RBS/NatWest for over 30 years, latterly as Managing Director for the SME & Corporate UK Commercial Business, responsible for a balance sheet of £14bn, a £400m+ P&L, 250,000 business clients and over 2,000 colleagues. 

Mark is an experienced Banker and leader, with a passion for ‘Customer Experience’ and ‘Delivering the best possible outcomes’ for Customers.  Highly motivated and entrepreneurial.

Since leaving RBS in 2017,Via his own advisory business he has worked for a number of Corporate clients as a consultant such as Metro Bank plc and ThinCats Corporate Finance Boutique.  In addition since 2017 Mark has been a Trustee of WCS Care Group, a 15 Home Care business based in the Midlands.

In 2021, What inspired Mark to join Empire Capital Solutions was a vision to create a relationship driven organisation, a disrupter and an organisation that would be able to set itself apart from the traditional ‘Broker’.

In his spare time Mark enjoys Rugby and F1 along with Travel, DIY and walking the Dog!
