Working with several leading commercial banks, Faisal has honed his expertise in credit assessment, risk management, and structuring complex lending solutions. His tenure in banking equipped him with a deep understanding of diverse financial products, client relationship management, and the intricacies of navigating regulatory frameworks.

Building on this strong foundation, Faisal transitioned to the role of a lending broker. Since 2023 specialising in complex  property transactions. In this capacity, he has leveraged his extensive industry knowledge and network to provide tailored financing solutions for property investors (BTL, Semi, Commercial, Commercial, large Multi Unit Blocks and HMO’s also helping developers at the front end and exit. Faisal’s ability to align client needs with the most suitable lending products has earned him a reputation for delivering results and fostering long-term relationships.
